Registration Requirements

To register an account at playdadh, applicants must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have an active and verifiable Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Have a valid and active email address for account verification and official communication purposes.
• Have never been prohibited or banned from using any online gambling platform previously.
• Not be an employee, agent, or representative of playdadh or any of its affiliated companies.

Each individual is only allowed to hold one account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all relevant accounts, including the freezing of any existing balances.

Identity Verification

playdadh complies with international licensing requirements relating to member identity verification. As such, we reserve the right at any time to request the following supporting documents:

• A copy of a valid MyKad or passport.
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (for example, an e-wallet statement or bank statement).

Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account. All submitted documents are subject to the playdadh Privacy Policy.

Password Security

Members are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login information. playdadh recommends:

• Using a strong password with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Not sharing login information with any party including family members.
• Changing your password regularly and immediately if unauthorised access is suspected.
• Contacting 24/7 customer support if there is any suspicious activity on the account.

playdadh is not responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of login information by the member themselves.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made through payment methods registered in the member's own name. playdadh does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit that is suspicious or whose source cannot be verified will be frozen until the investigation is complete.

Members are responsible for ensuring that the information entered during a transaction is accurate. playdadh is not responsible for errors made by the member during the deposit process.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time provided all bonus wagering requirements have been met. The withdrawal rules are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• playdadh reserves the right to delay a withdrawal until identity verification is complete if required.
• Any withdrawal attempt that violates these terms may result in account suspension.

Welcome Bonus

playdadh offers a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → account balance RM300 → required wagering amount: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM1,500 (maximum limit) → account balance RM3,100 → required wagering amount: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system, including hedge betting across multiple accounts, will result in cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account.

playdadh VIP Programme

The playdadh VIP programme has four tiers with different weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on member activity and loyalty over a specified period. playdadh reserves the right to review and adjust VIP benefits according to operational needs, with prior notice given to the relevant members.

Bonus Abuse

playdadh takes firm action against any form of promotion abuse. Actions considered as bonus abuse include:

• Registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the welcome bonus.
• Colluding with other members to meet wagering requirements improperly.
• Using betting methods specifically designed to meet bonus requirements with minimal risk.

If abuse is proven, playdadh reserves the right to cancel the bonus, remove all funds from the relevant activity, and permanently close the account.

Prohibited Activities

playdadh members are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on this platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party programme designed to automate betting or gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or hacking of the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Sharing or transferring account funds between members through methods not approved by the platform.
• Publishing or distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or damaging to the reputation of playdadh.

Account Closure and Suspension

playdadh reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account with or without prior notice if:

• A member violates any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• There is suspected activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• A request from the relevant legal authorities or regulators.
• At playdadh's discretion to protect the safety of the platform and other members.

In cases of account closure not involving fraud, any genuine cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Copyright and Trademarks

All content on the playdadh platform, including logos, brand names, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of playdadh or its respective licensors. Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from playdadh.

Limitation of Liability

playdadh is not liable for any losses, service disruptions, or damages arising from:

• Technical disruptions or system downtime beyond our control.
• Internet connection failures or device issues on the member's end.
• Game outcomes or bets placed by members based on their own judgement.
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity on this platform.

playdadh makes no guarantees regarding profits or returns from any gambling activity. All games and bets carry a risk of financial loss, which members must fully understand.

Amendments to Terms

playdadh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website. Members are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
